🟩The administration blocked CNN from the Air Force One travel pool for this Knoxville trip, according to a WAPO report citing two anonymous sources.
🟩Real America’s Voice will reportedly take the seats CNN would have held and put the trip on X.
🟩CNN claims there is no replacement, and there would be no TV pool coverage, but NBC said RAV was in.
🟩RAV has flown with Trump before and ran its own cameras during this week’s U.N. coverage.
🟩CNN was next in the rotating TV pool for Trump’s U.N. trip; the White House pulled that assignment last week when it banned CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the grounds
🟩The other pool networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox) came together to boycott the pool.
🟩RAV stepped in with its own crews, posted free video, and offered a professional feed to any outlet that asked – “even the fake news”
Critics say this is proof that the legacy media is not needed, and new media is stepping in to give the American public fair, truthful news coverage.
