BREAKING: TRUMP CAUGHT as DELETE SERVER ORDER BLOWS UP in COURT
A New report charges against Donald Trump in the classified documents case. Prosecutors allege that after a federal subpoena in June 2022 ordered preservation of surveillance footage at Mar-a-Lago, a Trump aide, Carlos De Oliveira, asked how long the system kept video and then relayed a message:
“the boss wants the server deleted.”
That timing is critical—because once a subpoena is issued, destroying or attempting to destroy evidence can be considered obstruction of justice.
However, the server was never deleted. The footage survived and became key evidence. Even more damaging, the alleged attempt to delete it is now itself evidence suggesting “consciousness of guilt.”
The situation highlights a broader legal reality: failed cover-ups often make things worse. In the digital age, deleting data rarely removes it completely—backups and third-party records often preserve it.
In short, prosecutors now have both the original evidence and the alleged attempt to hide it, making the case more serious.
